Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is handled when you visit genphantomx.com (the "Site"), the official website of GenPhantomX ("GPX", "we"). The Site is an information and viewing hub. It has no user accounts. It has one message room — GPX ECHO — where you may leave words under a name you choose, and one shop, whose payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal.

2. Information the Site Itself Collects

• Server access logs. The hosting server automatically records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time). These logs are used only for operation, security, and aggregate understanding of visits, and are retained by the hosting provider under its own terms.
• Email you send us. If you contact us by email (including partnership inquiries), we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to read and respond to your inquiry.

The Site's only form is the GPX ECHO message room (Section 9). The Site runs no user accounts and no payment processing of its own, and it does not ask you for payment details, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data. Never send such data to us by email.

3. Embedded Videos (YouTube)

Videos on the Site are played through YouTube embeds (youtube-nocookie). A video loads only after you press play. When it loads, Google/YouTube may set cookies and process data under Google's Privacy Policy. Before you press play, no YouTube player is loaded.

4. External Services

Links on the Site lead to platforms operated by third parties — including Instagram, YouTube, note, and LinkedIn. Any account registration, membership, purchase, or tip on those platforms is processed entirely by that platform under its own privacy policy and terms. We do not receive your payment card details from any platform. Offerings and purchases made on this Site itself are processed by Stripe (card payments in the Shop) and PayPal (offerings, and the Shop's second door); this Site never receives or stores your card number or PayPal password.

5. Cookies

The Site sets exactly one cookie of its own: the GPX ECHO key (Section 9), which lets your browser show your own messages and their state. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. Small records are kept in your own browser (local storage) to greet returning visitors and to remember your shrine and character state; you can erase them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. The shrine’s word-drawing and wish-plaque interactions run only inside your browser session; anything you write there is never sent to, or stored on, any server. Embedded third-party content (Section 3) may set its own cookies once loaded.

6. How Information Is Used

• To operate and secure the Site.
• To respond to inquiries sent to us.
• To understand, in aggregate, which works and pages are being reached — for decisions about the work itself.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising.

7. Disclosure

We disclose personal information only when required by law, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or operation of GPX and the Site.

8. Retention

Email inquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the matter they concern. Server logs are retained under the hosting provider's schedule.

9. GPX ECHO and the Observatory

GPX ECHO — the message room. When you leave words in GPX ECHO, the Site stores your message, the display name you chose, and its state (awaiting reading, read, published, and any support seal) on the Site's own server. No email address is collected and no account is created. A random key is kept in your browser (a cookie and a personal link) so that you — and only you — can see your messages and their state; clearing your browser data removes the key from your device. Messages are read by GenPhantomX before publication.

The Observatory — counting, not watching. The Site counts, in aggregate, how many times its pages are viewed and its doors are opened, so the work can be steered by what truly reaches people. This counting stores no IP address, no name, and no identifier of any visitor, and it is never used for advertising.

10. Your Choices

You may ask us what personal information of yours we hold (for example, an email you sent), and request its correction or deletion, by contacting the address in Section 1. We respond after confirming the request is genuinely yours.

11. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to information already collected without notice on this page.

• サーバーのアクセスログ。ホスティングサーバーは、標準的な技術情報（IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、リクエストされたページ、日時）を自動的に記録します。これらは運営・セキュリティ・訪問状況の集計的な把握のためにのみ用い、保管はホスティング事業者の条件に従います。
• お送りいただいたメール。メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合（協業のご相談を含みます）、メールアドレスと本文を受け取ります。用途は、そのお問い合わせを読むことと返信することに限ります。

本サイトの入力フォームは、GPX ECHOの投稿（第9項）だけです。本サイトはユーザーアカウントも独自の決済処理も持たず、支払い情報、公的ID、その他センシティブな個人情報の提供を求めることもありません。そのような情報をメールで送ることはお控えください。

3. 埋め込み動画（YouTube）

本サイトの動画は、YouTubeの埋め込み（youtube-nocookie）で再生されます。動画が読み込まれるのは、再生を押した後に限ります。読み込み時にGoogle／YouTubeがCookie等を用いる場合があり、その取り扱いはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。再生を押す前は、YouTubeプレーヤーは読み込まれません。

4. 外部サービス

本サイトのリンク先は、Instagram、YouTube、note、LinkedIn等の第三者が運営するプラットフォームです。それらのプラットフォーム上での登録、メンバーシップ、購入、チップは、各プラットフォーム自身のプライバシーポリシーと利用条件のもとで処理されます。当方は、いかなるプラットフォームからもお客様のカード情報を受け取りません。本サイト上での奉納・購入の支払いは、Stripe（授かりの間のカード決済）と PayPal（奉納、および授かりの間の第二の扉）が処理し、本サイトがカード番号や PayPal のパスワードを受け取ったり保管したりすることはありません。

5. Cookie

本サイト自体が設定するCookieは、GPX ECHOの「証の鍵」（第9項）の1つだけです。広告用のCookieも、第三者のトラッキングもありません。再訪した方への挨拶や、神社・存在の状態を覚えるためだけに、小さな記録をお使いのブラウザ内（ローカルストレージ）に保持します。ブラウザのサイトデータを消去すればいつでも削除できます。幻神社での言葉みくじ・絵馬のやり取りは、お使いのブラウザのセッション内だけで行われ、書いた内容がサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。埋め込みされた第三者コンテンツ（第3項）は、読み込み後に独自のCookieを設定する場合があります。

6. 情報の利用目的

• 本サイトの運営とセキュリティのため。
• お問い合わせへの返信のため。
• どの作品・ページに到達があったかを集計的に把握し、創作上の判断に活かすため。

個人情報を販売することはありません。第三者の広告のために個人情報を利用することもありません。

7. 開示

個人情報を開示するのは、法令により求められる場合、またはGPXおよび本サイトの権利・安全・運営を守るために必要な場合に限ります。

8. 保管期間

メールのお問い合わせは、その対応に必要な期間のみ保管します。サーバーログは、ホスティング事業者のスケジュールに従います。

9. GPX ECHO と観測について

GPX ECHO — 残響の間。GPX ECHOに言葉を残すと、その言葉、ご自身で選んだ表示名、および状態（未開封・既読・公開、支援の印の有無）が、本サイトのサーバーに保存されます。メールアドレスの収集はなく、アカウントも作られません。あなたの投稿とその状態を、あなただけが見られるようにするためのランダムな「証の鍵」を、お使いのブラウザ（Cookieと専用リンク）に保持します。ブラウザのデータを消去すると、端末から鍵は消えます。投稿は、GenPhantomXが目を通してから公開されます。

観測 — 数えるだけで、監視はしない。本サイトは、どのページが見られ、どの扉が開かれたかを、集計の数としてだけ数えます。これは、届いているものを見て創作の判断に活かすためです。この計数では、IPアドレス、名前、その他いかなる個人を特定する情報も保存しません。広告のために使うこともありません。

10. ご本人の選択

当方が保有するご自身の個人情報（お送りいただいたメール等）について、開示・訂正・削除をご希望の場合は、第1項の連絡先までご連絡ください。ご本人からのご依頼であることを確認のうえ対応します。

11. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、改定版を本ページに掲載し、「最終更新」の日付を更新します。重要な変更を、既に取得した情報へ本ページでの告知なく遡って適用することはありません。
